Rajasthali Upazila is an upazila belongs to Rangamati District in Chittagong Division, Bangladesh. It is located at 22.3833°N 92.2417°E. It is bounded by Kaptai on the north, Bandarban sadar and Rowangchhari on the south, Belaichhari on the east, and Rangunia on the west. Rajasthali thana was formed in 1909 and was upgraded to upazila in 1982.
