Lama is a eastern Upazila of Bandarban District in Chittagong Division, Bangladesh. It is located at 21.7750° North 92.2000° East. It is bounded by Bandarban Sadar and Lohagara on the north, Naikhongchhari and Alikadam on the south, Ramu, Thanchi and Alikadam on the east, Chakaria on the west.
