Ashuganj Upazila is an Upazila situated in Brahmanbaria District under the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Ashuganj is a very important industrial city in Bangladesh. Ashuganj is playing major role in our economy due to is many industrial setup, such as power stations and fertilizer factories. Ashuganj was established with few villages in 1898. In 1999, Ashuganj Upazila became in existence with 7 unions.
