  1. Take a different types of nutrient-rich foods. A healthy life requires more than 40 different nutrients for good health, and no single food item supplies them all.
  2. Eat plenty of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. It is difficult to find fresh & carbohydrate free fruits in Bangladesh, yet not impossible if you order in bulk from garden.
  3. Maintain a healthy weight. It is found in our country that we are either too much overweight or underweight. Its time to educate yourself about ideal healthy weight.

  5. Take regular meals. Skipping meals can resulting in overeating later on.
  6. Reduce, don’t escape certain foods. If you love fried chicken, you don’t have to give it up at once. Just try to eat it less often.
  7. Try to balance your food selection over time. Its not possible to balance food immediately.
  8. Educate yourself about your diet pitfalls. Starting a hard diet is not a good solution since it may have certain side effects. Rather take a mild diet to begin.
  9. Make changes gradually. This is the root reason for successfully building healthy eating habits.
