Matiranga Upazila is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 23.0417° North 91.8750° East. It is bounded by Tripura on the north and west, Ramgarh on the south, Panchhari, Khagrachhari sadar and Mahalchhari on the east. Matiranga was established in 1980.
