Mahalchhari Upazila is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 22.9194°N 92.0250°E. It is bounded by Khagrachhari sadar on the north, Naniarchar and Lakshmichhari on the south, Langadu and Naniarchar on the east, Matiranga and Ramgarh on the west. For administrative decentralization, Mahalchhari thana was promoted into an upazila in 1982.
