Homna Upazila is an Upazila of Comilla District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 23.6833° North 90.7917° East. It is bounded by Bancharampur and Araihazar on the north, Daudkandi and Gazaria on the south, Muradnagar on the east and Sonargaon on the west. In 1905, Homna thana was established after separated from Daudkandi. In 1984, Homna thana was promoted to Homna upazila. As per historians, the real name of Homna came out from bay of kalidhar shaior. Homna upazila is famous for its natural attractiveness and some notable sites.
